Grayson at the Ranch | Katy, TX Child Photographer

February 22, 2017

I love being back home at my parents house or the “Ranch” as we call it. It’s not a huge working ranch and my dad isn’t a full-time rancher, but it’s definitely his passion. My parents have over 100 acres in Central Texas and around 30 heads of cattle. I don’t even know if that’s the right way to say it! Haha. Anyway, when when headed that way for Christmas, I knew I HAD to take the opportunity to take some photos of my two favorite boys! Well mostly of one :)

We went for a walk just before dinner and the weather was perfect. It was cool with a slight breeze and a bright overcast. Grayson loved driving around looking at the cows and running through the fields and just being a kid. Looking through these photos I can’t help by just smile. He has so many faces and none of them were even prompted! He’s definitely not shy of the camera in any way! It also helped that Richard was standing right behind me and those two are some crazy goofballs when they’re together! Sometimes they drive me nuts, but I seriously can’t imagine my life without these boys!
